Sit Back and Relax
We ask that you arrive five minutes early for your appointment to complete the necessary paperwork. You’ll be greeted by our friendly receptionist, who will give you a medical form to fill out.
Our television will be playing, and magazines and books are available for you to read.
There’s no need to feel nervous, as we don’t need to start any procedures immediately on your first visit if you aren’t ready.
Let Us Evaluate Your Needs
Together, you’ll sit down to chat about what’s brought you in. If you feel ready for it, we may take a look at your mouth and take X-rays or intraoral photos, if necessary. The photos can be brought up on the screen immediately, allowing you a look at your level of oral health immediately. If future appointments are needed, we’ll get you set up with them.
You can plan on spending about 45 minutes with us for regular checkups. Please remember to bring your health fund card in with you for on the spot HICAPS processing.
